Tuesday night a group of Awana leaders met to start constructing the float. The theme this year is "Follow the Shepherd"...so we made a sheep pasture, and our Awana kids will be dressed as shepherds. We have the bushes and tall grass yet to put on the float, plus of course, all the kids! There will be leaders passing out Awana fliers and candy as we walk along the parade. We're praying that it will be a real testimony to the community!
