All-Church Picnic on Saturday

What a great time we had at our all-church picnic! It started out with ice cream sundaes - all you could eat! We had a small pony for the kids to ride, baby goats to feed and play with, cart rides, all sorts of fun games and a super chicken dinner. The night ended with a softball game and of course, more ice cream at the end!

The wedding of Sarah Skiver and Matt Austin is Saturday....and here are a few pictures of the reception. Sarah colors are pink and yellow, and she is having a "candy" table for everyone to enjoy! Her tables are decoraged so beautifully too....more pictures to come!

95 years YOUNG

Today Barb, Brenda and I celebrate Aunt Audrey's 95th birthday at breakfast. What a fun time we had together!! Audrey still gets around well, and lives by herself :) She has an amazing mind, and can remember when she was a little girl living in Manton almost a century ago! What a joy it has been to know Aunt Audrey.

Flag Day Birthday...

I was born on Flag Day...and thought as a child that everyone put their flags out to celebrate my birthday!

My celebration began as I opened cards and notes from all my family and friends at breakfast, and just as we were finishing up breakfast, our doorbell rang, and a birthday cake was delivered (via friends) from our children!

Bob and I decided to go to Lake Cadillac this afternoon and just walk around and enjoy the beautiful day and warm weather. The flowers along the lake are just beautiful! Two different families from church brought over a meal this weekend - one was a pork roast, potatoes, carrots and blueberry crisp, the other brought lasagna and lemon pie! What a choice we had for dinner tonight:) YUMMY!

We were to have been in the Carolina's for my birthday celebration with all of our children and grandchildren when our plans needed to change....but we'll just have to celebrate with them another time! Thanks for all the birthday greetings, love, and gifts!!

Our Saturday.....

Today we had the open house for Samantha Narovich at noon, and a wedding in the afternoon. The wedding was done all in camouflage tuxes for the men, and brown dresses for the girls. The girls carried orange tiger lilles. Here are pictures of the happy graduate and groom.
