Our trip west started with at stop at Newell, Iowa, where we had the privilege of being the pastor/wife at Bethel Baptist Church. We stayed with our wonderful friends, Fred and Elaine Palmer (I didn't get their picture...bummer!) and had such a super time talking, laughing and EATING the delicious meals Elaine made!
